Want to give us your printing data and have questions about file formats, printing procedures and other things? Below we have summarized the most frequently asked questions about our printing services.

1. How do I submit my printing data to Goin’ Postal Fenton?

You can send us your data by e-mail at fentongoinpostal@live.com or on a CD, DVD or USB stick. You can also submit your files via the form below.

2. What data format should my data be in?

PDF format is ideal for printing. For photo prints we recommend the formats JPG, PSD, TIFF or EPS.

3. What resolution do I need for poster prints?

With posters or other large items we recommend a resolution of at least 300 or 600 dpi. In individual cases, a resolution of 200 dpi may suffice.

4. Can I review my data on a PC before it is printed?

As an extra convenience for our customers, you can review your order with one of our designers at the location. If you like we can also email you a proof of what the print will look like and you can let us know any changes to be made or give your approval. 

5. How do I track my package?

For convenience you can type your tracking number into Google search and the result will show you the most up to date tracking information available for any major carrier. We also maintain tracking information for all packages that are paid for at the store, you may call to receive updated information as well.
